Christmas 2009 We will be welcoming guests for our very special Christmas and New Year holidays in 2009 Brazos Abiertos will be decked out in her finest to welcome our Christmas and New Year guests The festivities commence on Christmas Eve, when you will be able to relax by the log fire, sipping mulled wine just before Christmas Eve Dinner Each guest will receive their own Christmas stocking on Christmas morning from Santa of course! Alongside the stocking will be a small bottle of champagne or bucks fizz to start the day. After breakfast there will be presents around the Christmas tree and you can spend your time in the hot tub or just lazing around, sipping egg nog in front of the log fire. There will be a traditional Christmas lunch, followed by a buffet in the evening. During your stay you will have the opportunity to visit the many wonderful Nativity scenes put up in all the local villages and towns. For those of you who have a sweet tooth, there are two chocolate factories just 10 minutes drive from us and one of them has a huge nativity scene on show …. all in chocolate of course. If you would like to enjoy Christmas in a relaxed location, with good food and great places to visit then come to Brazos Abiertos Casa Rural for Christmas 2009.
